        The lady who helped me with my transaction was extremely kind and helpful, and took a few extra steps to make sure that my money was available to me immediately after depositing my check. Nothing to complain about that. Minus one star because I had to wait in line quite a while and another one because the place reeked of sh!t and p!ss. They need to install an extractor fan or something.

        Customer service desk, AKA help desk, closes exactly 1 hour before branch closing time why should I have to wait in line for a card issue when I dont need to take out money at the teller?

        The new young staff are ridiculous ringing the fraud alarm on every check they see (labour/people ready temp service) causing major dilemma and unnecessary anger this happened more then once to me now I avoid certain tellers for this problem. Ive been going there for years and this is recent issue otherwise its not a bad bank itself
