RBC Royal Bank

I have a debate between which branch is worst This one or the other Rymal branch. Well I think they are both awful. Under staffed and super slow. Rbc is the most profitable bank in Canada and they still lack workers. The government shall look into a better law to force them to hire workers to serve better.

Very rude female staff doesnt even know how to treat customer but the manager Vinod is the nice gentleman.

Staff always looking to leave early, takes up to 45 minutes to be able to see a teller. They just don't care about customers and chat/laugh around with each other until close time.

I went to this branch today and had the worst experience with RBC ever. I spoke with an aged lady with glasses, and unfortunately, she was so impolite. The story is I got a $500 check draft from RBC that I never used and that I lost. I wanted to see if it was possible to deposit the money back to my account. This lady first said "NO, I can't do it." Her colleague who could hear our conversation told her "It's been more than a month and the draft has not been cashed. I would deposit it back to the account." The teller replied loudly "It's HIM who says it's lost." She could at least say this quietly or in a less offensive way. Anyways, she gave me a document to sign, a document that would allow them to withdraw the money back if the draft is cashed in the future. When I asked the teller if I could have a copy of what I signed, she said "NO." - with no explanation. I said "But there's my signature on that.=," and she said "I can't." - No further explanation! Now if this lady is ever reading this message: Do you really think I would ruin my financial reputation for $500? I've been RBC's client for a long time, but I felt so offended by your impolite behaviour and words. I'm not a kind of person who would create a drama out of things like that, but keep in mind that not everyone is like me - You offend them and they'll offend you back, just something to consider in your career.

RBC telephone banking rep books an appointment for me with a branch rep, only for the branch rep to say that their office closes before the confirmed booked appointment. RBC continues to offer a zero star customer experience. Would not recommend. RBC probably wont even acknowledge this review.
