CIBC Branch with ATM

My name is Katya I just gave 5 stars only for John jagdish. He is the only one who solve my issue with credit card and my score as well. He is hard worker. He told me he will fix it and he did. I asked help before him from other locations no one helped I was going to transfer out from that bank to go to any other bank but finally I found someone who care about clients and he is following up with customer to make sure everything is going smoothly thanks again I appreciate everything John Jagdish.

Went to CIBC today (Saturday) at Upper James and Rymal to do 2 things....open a saving account for my son and withdrawal $250 US $ and was told I was unable to do both! There were 4 staff members at the bank and none of them could apparently open an account. The lady told me she only had $200 US and I would need to go online and order the US money and pick it up another day! ORDER $250 US. That's ridiculous! Why bothering being open and paying 4 employee's when they can't do anything! Obviously she directed me to go online where I'm able to open the account myself and order my own money. AGAIN why bothering being open AT ALL

They thought I make fraud cheque but not, it was my brothers cheque. My brother and I work together. I didnt know that consider as fraud. Last Saturday, Vincent Mascara told me that he will let me know when to pick up by my brother by Monday. I havent heard from him. So I come in, he talked to my mom, he claim he never say that. He waited for my brother to come in, but me and my mom did see him say that on write. He asked my moms phone number and my email. I dont understand why he say he will contact me or my mom by Monday. Anyways I think hes not very organized or good remember. It wasted my time and have to tell my brother come in another day.
