Wonderful service! Specifically, a wonderful worker, Naya, helped me out with how to properly navigate my bank account in terms of paying my tuition with McMaster university. She was straight to the point but also so friendly! A general pleasure to be there.

Online you guys said you will be opened on Jan 4th from 9:30am - 5pm. I came around for an in-person transaction and the bank is closed with no information of being closed or when they will be open. Terrible

Taking my money away from these villains ASAP. RBC is a huge funder of the Coastal Gaslink pipeline currently drilling through Wetsuweten land. Indigenous sovereignty is being completely disrespected by RBC there has not been free, prior, informed consent from the Wetsuweten Nation for this violent assault on their land, which is threatening their water source the Wedkin Kwa River and is an important spawning ground for salmon. Yet RBC puts forward an image of a climate-conscious, friendly, youth-empowering organization. They are anything but. They are stealing the future of the same young people they claim to support. Canada's #1 fossil fuel funding bank- $262 BILLION since just 2016. Last year Wetsuweten chiefs traveled far across the country to the RBC AGM in Toronto then RBC moved the meeting online last minute and refused to meet in person. Deeply disrespectful and cowardly. They also recommended the board vote against all the climate and Indigenous rights-based resolutions. Make it make sense.
