It was my first time getting a cut here, Vince was amazing. Very welcoming and professional in what he does... I didn't have to explain anything he just knew what would look good. Trust the Process . I'll be back for sure !

Normally, I would never feel too powerfully to write a review about a business but my experience was so horrible I feel the need to share it. For context, I haven't gone to a barber ever since the beginning of the pandemic, so my mom's (who's not a barber) been cutting my hair for the past ~3 years. When I got seated, he examined my hair and didn't even ask me what I wanted. He immediately told me that my hair was horrendous and is impossible to fix. "The sides and back were too short while the top was too long." Shouldn't a good barber be able to fix anyone's hair? Anyways, he asked me if I cut my own hair, I said my mom did. He proceeded to roast my haircut and my mom for the rest of my time there. "How can you go outside looking like that?" and "Don't ever let her cut your hair again." Like come on, if it was just one jab, I wouldn't really mind, but he kept pointing this out for the entire time, which was infuriating and uncomfortable. I can tell that he's passionate about his job, but I'm here for a haircut, not for a barber to tell me that my hair can't be fixed and to talk smack about me and my family. Needless to say, this was the worst customer experience I've ever experienced.
