I have fair skin and naturally lighter hair - Have done 11 laser hair removal treatments here over the past year and a bit which costed me well over $1300 and have absolutely no difference. I feel extremely cheated and ripped off, as I had also done about 6 fat treatments as well with no effect. I really liked the people who work there, however, which is why they get 2 stars overall instead of just 1. The machines clearly dont work, as I started laser at a different place and noticed hair falling out after the first treatment. Really wish I did more research before choosing a place to go to for such an expensive treatment. They said they were using their newest and best machine on me too. Its sad, really, and my girl friends dont even believe Ive gotten laser hair removal ever, nevertheless done 11 treatments because I have THAT much thick hair everywhere still.

If I can give this place ZERO stars, I would. My friend and I did laser here for over a year. We met with Marissa (the owner) and were assured that 90% of our hair will be gone by the end of the treatments. We paid 1200 dollars each for 12 treatments. When I asked why 12, as most other places do 6. She said, it is more effective to do 12 but on a lower intensity as our skin was very fair. I mentioned to her that I had light coloured hair and that I know some machines don't pick up light hair, and she assured me that they had a "blonde setting" on their machine. My friend had darker hair. Nonetheless, we went for our 12 sessions and no difference WHATSOEVER. What we did end up with, is thicker and darker hairs growing as we spent a year shaving. When I asked her why my hair isn't falling off (I did not see one single hair fall off and it was the 7th time I went for treatment), she said she will check the settings that the technicians were using and found that they were using the "wrong setting". She yelled at one of the technicians infront of me for show and changed the technician I was doing treatments with to her grand daughter. Any different results, nope. I continued to tell them that I don't feel ANY sensation but the heat from the machine but I was brushed off and told that this is normal. I thought about asking for my money back but I heard from my other friends that they were not given anything back and instead were treated with disrespect. I never write google reviews but if people are paying this much money, they should know the truth. No one can throw away thousands of dollars for no reason. These people have no morals and all they care about is money. And to prove that other laser machines do work, I have done another year at a laser hair removal place in Mississauga and my hair started falling off within the second treatment. Wish I didn't waste 1200 dollars before this but you live and you learn.
