        She takes your money, and does not do work for you. After almost 1 year, and may attempts to contact her thru emails, texts and calls/voicemails, she would not get back to you. The partial drawing she provided was not correct and complete. As a professional, she is at the opposite end of the scales. I highly do need recommended this firm. I had to go out and hire a new firm for drawings. Also, I have filled a formal complaint with the Professional Engineers of Ontario.

        THIEVES AND LIARS! Once Lucy received her retainer fees she stopped answering me and when she did, she would promise to get back to me ASAP which obviously never happened! Lost over 6 months waiting for her without getting the work done and without getting my money back!!!
