ServiceMaster Clean of Hamilton/Wentworth & Brantford

Never seen such lazy people doing absolutely nothing and pretend to look busy. More concerned with socializing and hiding to chat on their phones. I wouldnt recommend them to clean my own toilet because I know they wouldnt even touch it unless they were to use it afterwards. During a time of Covid, you would think they would be somewhat thorough and provide a good service. Companies beware because you are spending money on a service not provided.

Professional ..Curtious.. Clean. Great staff of knowledgeable techs that can take care of your carpets and furniture or any other steam cleaning you may need. Fast ..efficient..friendly.

The 'No Show Company' Called service master for a carpet cleaning before we listed our house for sale. The day of the appointmemt they showed up an hour early, with no notice or phone call , I was only out for 15 minutes and arrived back home 40 min before they said they would be there. They never called AT ALL until my husband got a hold of them later that night. They rebooked with us for a couple of days later, I stayed home from work only for them to call to say they were too busy. They rebooked for today at 5:30pm and said they would reconfirm at noo but guess what??.. its 8:30pm and they did not show up or call!! We"ve been polite and understanding and weve been treated like worthless clients. Very disappointed!
