What Dr. Stanley says about 'mean' or perhaps social dynamics occurs in any MUD, which is constantly changing and differs from person to person. In an MUD, there are residents, visitors, contractors, concierge, cleaners, condo manager, etc. In the making for years, the community has been watching and waiting. Look at the whole, and decide wisely if buying. Passing on community facts shared on pros/cons: PROS - New building with some great quality; back area is quite scenic and faces a ravine; generally, friendly residents - or appears to be; smaller building of 8 floors = smaller population; fair size balconies; amenities and underground parking included; nice open layout of suites that feels welcoming; and like any MUD, maintenance free (outside and common areas). CONS - Some construction problems, amenities issues, and still unfinished; not enough visitor parking spaces and/or not used well - I've had difficulty myself when someone parks on/over the line (some spots seem narrower than others) or no spots available; varied underground parking (from very tight/small to very generous/large); unfriendly people - as relayed by Dr. Stanley; front balconies = traffic noise on King; thin doors (easily hear in the halls); suites suffer space (balcony is included as living space, inefficient plan design/use of space) except unless you have one of the very large suites I have heard. Overall, it is a nice place to visit and the lobby is beautiful and inviting with a fireplace, a few chairs, etc. I wonder what the warm weather will bring as there is an open back patio area being worked on for future use by this community.

I used to park on the open site years before construction of the current condos. I saw it being built and really love the final product. On my first visit to the condos recently I interacted with some residents in the elevator. They were very nice. On the same visit I also interacted with some 'gentlemen' who lives there. He was really mean. Each time I pass by I can't help but remember that there is a mean guy in there in the nice condo with nice people. I know with that kind of mean-ness he won't last in there. We should know that how we behave shapes how others perceive us. On the whole, I still give 5/5 and would live there if that ever became possible.
