Beautiful looking building from the outside, great location, and excellent downtown and harbour views. However for a building that is just over 10 years old (condos finished in 2012), it is really showing its age. Specifically, in the two units that we views there was drywall cracking around the windows and in one of the units there was a crack in the drywall running the width of the living room. Not sure if the building is settling or what, but something to be aware of if you are considering buying here. Definitely speak to a home inspector first.
