The Woodlands

Old buildings with a very dangerous main entrance. Rent has gone up from what I remembered the place to be like. Renovated units look fresh but come with the same old cockroaches. Bed bugs have made their way into all 4 of the buildings now. Lots of police activity sometimes even k9 and tactical units on the property. I settled up the road in a nicer building for not that much more per month then here and Glad i did .

Horrible place roaches and bed bugs in most units The male Superintendent doesn't speak any English and is unless he does all work wrong then the female Superintendent has to come anf fix it again after him. He doesn't look like he gives a rats axx about anything The female super seems like she's doing all the work inside and outside of buildings while the male super is no where to be found most days The office lady is a bit rude when talking to her This was my last resort for temporary living arrangements for school I'm only here until I'm done my degree

The place is trash and the management is also,, bed bugs and roaches infested, I have thrown away my valuable properties like couches and new mattresses,, not advisable to stay, ,,I had three of my sport bikes stolen and nothing was been done about the situation, people move out almost every month and empty apartments are left unoccupied,,, poor management with no respect for tenants,, light bulbs not working and fridges not in good condition., the very worst place to live in the whole of Ontario and Im leaving soon

Just moved in. Going to be getting money back and leaving place is infested with cockroaches. Coming from a hole in the fuse box. Cockroa he's are considered and unliveble condition. Disappointed
