The building is nice in every way but the neighbourhood looks sketchy as hell. People are scary here. Unfriendly and most of them look high and dangerous. Looks like a horror movie.... Edit/Update: Builder is very uncooperative. He won't get a security guard in this expensive building with such high rents and there is no way one can feel safe in such a luxury property. If you are thinking of moving here , move on own your risk. Every night there is a new homeless trying to break in the building. We wish we never had moved here. The building management and builder do not care for the safety of residents at all. (Reply) And yes there is concierge till 8 pm but what about night when i see scary homeless people trying to enter the building with me ? Also i have been to Hamilton police to report about it as well about the situation but they said that the builder/management has to work on it. Also you know it very well that it is not safe to not have a security guard 24/7 physically present there in building. Also even dollarama in downtown hamilton has proper security guard but not this luxurious condo. WOW !!!
