Dr. Mikaela is probably the best doctor I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She is the exact kind of person youd want at a BC clinic. I came here to remove my IUD and discuss alternative options & she made me feel super comfortable, and the whole process was so quick and painless. I cannot recommend this location enough. The receptionist is also a very kind person who, despite being super busy, was really helpful and friendly.

I have been here a few times now. Lovely friendly knowledgeable staff. Quick wait times if you use the walk in clinic here aswell. I used both the walk in clinic and birth control clinic a few times now always left feeling good and taken care of. Thank you for doing what you do

Staff were so nice called to confirm the day before which is really helpful for with a baby things can slip your mind, the dr was really nice I was coming in for the nexplano to get put in my arm the dr had showed me hers and let me feel it which made me less nervous about getting it in . When she showed me i saw that it doesnt leave scars and it just feels like a vain. I had forgotten the nextplano at home but lucky for me they had a spare I just had to bring mine when I could. They had also called me the morning of the day I said I would bring it which is so great or I would of forgot!
