Conner w T Dr

I do not recommend him as a family doctor. His office is never open, also when it come to prescription refills he doesn't get them faxed right away I've been waiting 3 days for a prescription for my son.

Unfortunately was recommend to this doctor... After a brief call with a secretary demanding I tell her my personal medical history over the phone and me not willing .. They then refused treatment for my son... I'm absolutely disgusted .

Very blessed to have Dr. Conner as my son's pediatrician. He is very knowledgeable, patient and thorough. Dr. Conner has a wonderful sense of humour. I admire his old fashion ways with his calligraphy pen. Staff is always pleasant and knowledgeable as well.

I saw Dr Conner when I was young and he was great with me, super nice guy and very intelligent .. he helped me with school issues I had and now I am a graduate which I never thought would happen! I always remember him as one of my favorite doctors!

I had a good working relationship with Dr. Conner who was my son's pediatrician for approximately 6 years. One day I asked the pharmacy to fax a prescription refill request and came to find out that my son couldn't get his script filled because we had been dropped as patients. No notification from his office, no letter, no phone call, zero communication. Upon calling his office I was met with a very rude receptionist who refused to even discuss potential options because we had missed ONE appointment. My son was stuck without his medication for a period of time until I could make alternate arrangements and Dr. Conner's office had zero cares of the impacts of this on his daily life. Based on this blatent disregard for a child's well being, I would not recommend him in the slightest. As a pediatrician for children with a variety of issues, I feel this is unacceptable behaviour - parents with kids who have exceptional needs need to feel like their doctor is a solid member of their team who has their best interests at heart, Dr. Conner and his staff proved to me that this is not the case at all. A simple phone call to enquire about the missed appointment and discuss their concerns would have saved us a lot of time and trouble, but apparently that's not how they practice.
