Pioneer Cleaners Dry Cleaning and Alteration

I was asked to pick up dry cleaning for someone and went to the address on the receipt. The address on the receipt however was for the location in Ancaster. After a 30 min drive I get there to find out its actually this location. I drove back another 20 minutes and when I arrived I asked why they're using receipts with the wrong address. Their printer wasnt working so theyd been using these pads and the lady said the person who asked me to pick up for them should've told me the correct address. Actually the OFFICIAL RECEIPT should have the correct address. This was an infuriating experience. I am very unimpressed with their customer service.

I have been a customer of this location for nearly two decades. Most recently I had a pair of pants go "missing" in there facility, that was obviously listed in their computer as still being there. When I questioned the lady at the counter who seemed new, she gave me attitude. When I spoke to whom I assume is the owner, his solution was that perhaps someone would bring them back. These were $80.00 dress slacks that I wore one time. No offer to reimburse me, no offer to even waive or give me any sort of discount on the current bill or next time. To makes matters worse this is not the first time clothing has gone missing. One of the older ladies working there admitted she helped herself to sweaters of mine because she felt "cold". I do not care if an item is there for a week or months you are supposed to notify your customer prior to taking, donating their clothing. Theft is theft. Oh and another lady smokes inside the building after hours around your clothes that you are paying to clean.
