This review is about Hamilton only. I have no interaction so far with Mississauga office. I am a regular customer and never returned a cut piece. So this is how it works. You order a cable on the phone and they charge your credit card before cutting the cable. If everything goes smooth the cable cut is ready for pick up within 48 hours. Well that's the not the case every time. I am forced to write the review because it has happened to me twice so far. Once they sent me to Mississauga saying that driver missed the pick up. So next time I ordered two weeks in Advance. Forgot to follow up and on the morning of the appointment from the utility company found that cable is not there. Plus what was in the inventory was not matching what they had. They kept me waiting for 45 minutes just to tell me that sorry it is a 3/0 wire not a 2/0 as per our inventory. They would not even give a confirmation that Mississauga office can cut it today, they charged my credit card and for that cable and forgot to return the amount for goods not delivered. This is simply negligence and needs improvement. Two stars only because I find some cables here which are not easy to find. I buy all the main cables for service upgrades from here and these appointments for service upgrades are 30 days on average. Missed appointment means another 30 days Please do not consider this review as offensive. This is just for improvement and I am still a customer as I don't like to change my suppliers.

I have used these guys a couple of times to but teck 90 cable for installing high pressure tanning beds for my business. On both occasions Matt has been very helpful and always willing to get me what I need even when he does not it in stock. Their prices are very competitive and on both occassions the product I needed was ready the very next day. They are my new go to for electrical supplies for my business.

This place is just amazing, Staff is super helpful and really make you feel like family, these guys have the largest stocking location of wire that I have ever seen in Hamilton. If your an electrition or have any wire and cable needs look no further!
