Andy and his team were always on time and professional when dealing with them, as well when inside my 2 occupied rental properties dealing with my tenants. Jobs were all completed as discussed. Life gets busy for all of us, so I am a bit of a stickler when it comes to time scheduling and professionalism, they never disappointed me. I hired T&L and found their value and technicians very satisfactory. A few months after, one of our installations with it's own switch ceased function entirely (life happens). It's possible that the problem is with the fixture and not the work at all, but I had trouble with that outlet before T&L changed the lights (very flickery led light previously, when my older home was purchased). All of the instillations T&L put in were brand new and simple fixes like light bulb changes didn't resolve the issue. I called T&L and they said a representative would arrange a time to meet to make sure it was safe and just a faulty fixture problem; I haven't heard anything from them for months despite a handful of emails, messages and phone calls. I have the impression that they can't be bothered unless the job (or follow up) is lucrative. Having faulty electrical isn't just inconvenient, it's a safety hazard for your family. I'm pretty disappointed in this company. The techs were very pleasant (though the one who operated on the fixture in question was just out of high school and learning on the job). This is an unprofessional management issue. I now have to hire another company for work that I have already paid T&L for; making sure my wiring is safe. They do not appear to stand behind or care about their work once they leave. If this were my fence or lawn, I wouldn't either. This is electricity running through my home. I hope that your experience will be different if you choose them but be aware that this is characteristic of how they operate.
