        What is wrong with the people that work here? Do they just hire disgruntled clowns or do you become one working here. We read all documentation and they make up fake hoops for you to jump through. Then when you jump through the hoops and see another clown they tell you that hoop didnt exist, but admit that they just make stuff up. For the love of sweet Jesus privatize this.

        Alejandro was amazing - very friendly and talkative. Made it less stressful. Alejandro had an amazing personality & helped me out OUT A LOT - got there at 9:30 left at 10:30 ( took longer as I had to wait again ( my fault )

        Customer service was incredible! Everyone was very informative and kind. Though the wait was pretty long, they were completely transparent about the time it would take and offered solutions for those that didnt want to wait. Great experience :)
