        Their customer service has gone down sometime in the last few years. If a cashier mistakenly over charged you for an item, if it was under $20 or so, they'd let you keep it if you went to customer service. Now, they just refund the difference. Too bad they're not including something for my wasted time and effort for their mistake. Their pizzas (largest size, rectangular) are still amazing value, even after the increased prices and thinner dough. You wont find that value anywhere else, for that quality. It's even better than costco for that. My recent experience with their Tuscan chicken was unpleasant. Dry and had a fishy smell. Good selection of food and groceries otherwise, a little pricey. Look for deals and the bill can be minimized.
