Got my bangs done and did not like the outcome.... Okay so I call for the touch ups the lady's says they do, no answer, no call back.(I left a message each time) after a month and about a week they finally answered the phone, I finally book a date and they call me 2 hrs before the appointment saying can we move it I don't want her coming in just for you ..... Like yeah man sure...... Waste of my money and ruined my bangs I've felt self conscious ever since.... I would have loved to have a great experience she was nothing but nice the place was clean beautiful in there, just rubbed me the wrong way..... Like do they never check their voice mail, I wasn't even apologized too.... Idk

Went to Level 10 yesterday after spending thousands at another Hamilton salon over and over again, only to have my hair ruined and not get what Ive asked or paid for. Gelina and Nikki saved my hair. I will only go to this salon from now on. They are very educated and actually care about your hair. Extremely grateful for the experience and treatment I received.
