Hello my name is Michelle! I hate to say this but my hair was over processed big time. I came in with never before colored hair. As I sat with foils in my hair my stylist went down the street and 45 minutes later I see her hurrying back in and rushed me to the sink to rinse my hair foils out as if she had lost track of time. My hair turned out very white and brassy and she didn't listen to my concerns at all. I also had to sit and listen to he other stylists gossiping about another employee for an hour which wasn't nice to sit through. We also talked about pricing before hand and as i was checking out at the front desk Camerorn ran over to the desk and altered my bill and somehow I now owed more than $150 over what we previously discussed. He walked away and said nothing. The whole experience was just disappointing and uncomfortable! Services: Hair coloring, Hairstyling
