The BEST salon in Hamilton. Talent, creativity, integrity and transparency. Veronica has been doing my hair for 10+ years. I have never felt more confident in someones ability to highlight, colour, cut and style my hair. As a naturally curly girl, I can wholeheartedly say that she has protected my curls, and given me the knowledge and tools to create beautiful - and healthy - hair at home. I cant say enough about the positive experiences Ive had at Euphoria158. If youre looking for an expert thinking partner for your hair journey which you should be youve found her in Veronica. Shes masterful at being able to hear what you want, and work with what you have to create it. Shell also tell you other options that will enhance the look/vibe you are looking for. Youll feel safe, understood and your hair will look amazing! Ive been colouring my hair for years and I always get compliments on my rich colour, style and how heathy my hair looks. Absolutely just my personal experience. The owner was very understanding of my need to reschedule due to Illness and I really appreciated that. Aside from that, hands down worst haircut of my life, aside from having all my hair cut off by a friend against my will in grade 6, which traumatized me out of short hair for 20 years. Anyways, back to this cut, I cried as soon as I got home, and a few times since, it was everything I didnt want, round, big and poofy. Which is interesting, because when my hair was being washed, (which was also terrible with like no pressure and weird movements didnt seem very effective with my very thick hair) but while she was doing this weak shampooing she insulted my current hair saying her hair used to be big and poofy like mine but she fixed it by not having layers so it looks better now. So that didnt feel good at all, and I walked out with hair MUCH poofier... To be fair to the hairstylist, I wasnt communicating amazingly due to symptoms of my illness, but I was also basically asking for a trim. I did as usual giving pictures and creative freedom trusting her professional opinion, which usually works for me. She was also very hurried and brash in speaking to me and would ask questions but also seem incredibly bored and disinterested in the answer, I would rather just not talk and focus on the hair if thats the case and maybe we could have aligned more on the cut that way. I just really wasnt expecting to get the exact opposite of what I wanted, I had just started liking short hair again, which is really key for helping me manage my illness and this cut made me feel so ugly and terrible at an already very low time for me. That being said my best friend loves the place, thats how I found it, so to each their own and Im not saying its a terrible place at all. Just my honest feedback. Service: Hairstyling
