I cannot give a review based on a service as I never got the opportunity to get one. I called twice to make an appointment and no call back. So I called a third time and got to speak to someone. I booked an appointment for both my mom and myself. The day of the appointment was also the day of a horrible storm. I called first thing in the morning to cancel. The news was advising nobody be driving if not needed and the salon was quite a distance from me as it was. I called back the following week to reschedule , no call back. Called a 2nd time and left a message and no call back. I then called a third time explaining that nobody had returned my messages and asked nicely that someone call me back. Again no call back. This is an absurd way to do business, I guess getting potential new clients isnt that important to you. I will never call them back as it obvious they do not care or want my business. *response to owners reply* Weak response, obviously you dont check voicemails as I left not one but 5 messages in total that were not answered. Sorry I had to cancel because I didnt think risking my life was worth it for a haircut, lets face it youre not saving lives here your cutting hair! Best of luck to you sir as you are the one who will need it with your lousy customer service.

Hands down the best hair salon in Hamilton I have been coming to see Carm for the last 8 years and I have NEVER left disappointed highly recommend him

Sarem was amazing, super gentle, very kind and considerate person. Did a great job on my haircut. Really enjoyed my time at the Carms ! Oh and great prices too!
