If I could give zero stars I would. The worst haircut experience I have ever been through. The owner was the stylist and she was so rude and hard to work with. Botched the haircut with choppy ends and did not tell me the price of the haircut until the end. When it was time to pay she took the card out of my hand and put it into the machine. I went back for a refund with a couple of friends and she was rude and manipulative and played the victim while bullying and insulting me as a person. Blamed the entire thing on me and called me a liar saying I fried my hair and it was too hard to work with. At the end I asked for half off and she slammed the door in my face and locked me out. Haircut was $50 and I wish I could take it back. DO NOT COME TO THIS SALON IF YOU LIKE YOUR HAIR PLEASE. She ruined my confidence and ripped me off!! P.S. it was Michele the owner Service: Bang trim
