This has been my salon for maybe 5 years now, since a coworker recommended Pietra. She does such an amazing job every time. She really takes the time to do small sections so it doesn't look chunky. She always listens to what I'm thinking and then gives her honest feedback if she knows it won't look as good or what will work better. I had my hair done Friday and went to a wedding on Saturday, I got so many compliments on the colour and shape. I'm always happy with the result and happy to recommend Pietra.

Awesome, Awesome, awesome!!!! Love Sherri amazing job on cutting my hair. To many hairdressers don't tell you what you want to here. Sherri was 200% honest and I'm on the road to healthy hair.

Can't recommend this salon enough! It is always an absolute pleasure getting my hair done by Pietra. She is wonderful, friendly, professional and always does amazing work. I have long, thick, wavy hair and get balayage done, so it's usually a 4-5 hour appointment and it's the best self-care time to just relax, enjoy great conversation, and feel my best walking out of there with freshly highlighted hair! It was very difficult to book an appointment with this Salon. Called 3 times on 3 different occasions, left a message and still no body got back. Finally emailed and got a reply explaining how busy they are and referred me to another stylist. The referred stylist did not have a portfolio which I didn't have the confidence to book as I don't know his/ her level of experience. This salon need to improve their customer service.
