My appointment was on 4/12 . I asked Greer for a blunt, inverted bob. She did the entire cut with a razor. I was surprised when she appeared to be finished. The front was 6cm shorter than the back. The sides were different lengths. It was uneven all over. And it didnt look even remotely like a blunt inverted bob. I asked her to fix it and to please use scissors. The razor cut had left the ends really wispy and thinned out. My mistake. I should have left and gone elsewhere while the cut could still be rescued. She made it so much worse. She worked on a single section of my hair at the back for about 5 minutes. Cutting it shorter and shorter, showing no signs of stopping or even moving to a different section of hair. I asked her to stop. She had cut above my natural hairline. With a dull scissors. The 1 of hair back there was now sticking straight out. It still is a week later. I was very upset. She was asking me what I wanted to do. How could I know how to fix this? She asked if she should go get another stylist from a neighbouring salon to help. Maybe I could explain to her. As though it was me not being clear about the cut I wanted that was the problem. The reason for her disastrous cut. The visit ended with a stylist from another salon coming over to see if she could help. Unfortunately there wasnt much she could do. The hair at the back of my head had been cut 4cm above the natural hairline. The right side of my head was at least 3 different lengths with the piece at the front being even shorter than the back. She very kindly grabbed her scissors and made a 0/10 cut a 3/10. I am extremely grateful for that. I was not charged.
