Ok selection. I wish the prices were better. Stock isnt always in which is a bit of a downer when you've got your heart set on something and you're told to come back.

Would NOT recommend coming to this store or shopping there. My mom bought me a hat about 2 weeks ago, just before I went on a golf trip. She ended up getting me the wrong size so I didnt end up using the hat. When I got back from my trip, I went to this location the kids lids, where I was greeted by a young lady. I explain to her that I didnt use the hat and that I was just looking for a refund. They proceeded to laugh at me and be very rude and disrespectful towards me. they told me they were unable to refund my hat because the stickers were no longer on it. I asked to speak with the manager he said his name was Travis dont know if thats his real name, but he said he was the store manager, He was very rude and disrespectful also towards me, he said he was not gonna refund my hat and sarcastically saying that I should go down the hall to the other lids. So I did where I was greeted by Roman He was very helpful and was able to refund my hat. I would not recommend going to this kids lids. the store manager is very unprofessionaI and disrespectful, He should NOT be the store manager. If youre looking for better customer service and for someone to help you out when looking for a hat. I would take the walk down the hall to the main lids and go see Roman he will help you out. Would NOT recommend kids lids.

Lids Locker Room in limeridge mall is honestly the best lids out there! Amazing staff that in my opinion does the best embroidery! Always a great time talking to chase about jerseys or to Zinan about how amazing Michael bunting is! Its truly an amazing experience!
