Maid It Clean

Very poor cleaning service and not professional . I had them for many years as a busy working person. I have a service and really notice what a low quality service they provided. My house is now clean.

Unfortunately this company would not honour coupons I had purchased that stated there was no expiry. This is not good customer service at all! I think this service should be given minus 5 stars.

Absolutely terrible company. Terrible cleaning service. Hired service for 2pm and they showed up at 12:58 while my baby was sleeping. They said it wasn't 'their fault' that they were early and that the head office should of told me that they had a cancellation. Afterwards head office said that they never called and reported they were coming early. They smelled like cigarettes. I told them my baby was sleeping and to whisper (since they came early) and decided to loudly speak to one another in front of my sons bedroom. They left dirty puddles with their outside shoes in my home. I have a 5 level backsplit. They decided to vacuum in front of my sons room. I told them 'no' as it would wake my son and the cleaner said "I'll just leave then". When I asked her to repeat that she did not. Then loudly told her partner that she would move downstairs to start cleaning. At that point my husband told them to leave. As they were walking in our carpet in their wet shoes. The older grey haired cigarette smelling raspy voice lady said "this is lame, we're outta here". And that was the last time I'll ever be using "Maid it clean" services. What an unprofessional joke.

My fiance went there for a job interview. First question asked when she sees my fiance's ring, "Oh, you're married?" Not wanting to explain our views (long story short, I'm a bit traditional in some senses, not in others, and never liked the idea of just the woman wearing an engagement ring), my fiance replied that he was married. Throughout the interview the manager made several comments about his gender some of which I know of: "You definitely have to speak to your wife before you take the job because you'd be working with all females and well, 'wives can get jealous'." "Our clients generally prefer women to do the cleaning because they're better at it than men." "The girls here might feel uncomfortable working alongside a male." 1) I was in the car outside of the office waiting for my fiance to come out from his interview. I already knew about it! Joke's on her there. 2) You mean you only hire girls and let old men watch them clean and god knows what run through their mind without a male around to even the scale? Furthermore, at my prior job, I generally worked late afternoons and slept most of the morning... my apartment is clean because my fiance would clean it for me if I fell behind because my job was draining my energy and I challenge that woman to come here after he's cleaned and find one spec of dust anywhere! 3) So you now turn to your current employees in an attempt to discourage a male from applying to a janitorial job (I'm sorry, I had male janitors at my school, and I'm well aware that the call center I worked for years ago had both male and female janitorial staff). The only logical reasoning for her to say something like this is she only employes women who are domestic violence survivors. Oh, excuse me I forgot something to add, my fiance grew up with mostly women... you wouldn't find anyone with more respect for females than him. Seriously. Overall, sexist management masked by psuedo-feminism. It is not a feminist act to have an all female staff, it is not feminist to say that women are better at something than men. Feminism is about equality between the sexes, and lets give a loud round of applause to this business for setting human rights back 40 years.
