My sister and I had an amazing experience shopping at Howards! This was both of our first time shopping at an actual jewelry store, and the customer service was amazing. Now that were in our twenties I figured its time to start investing in quality pieces. She wanted something dainty and beautiful, so we popped in to take a look around. The saleslady and I discussed my budget, and she showed us pieces that were surprisingly well within it and exactly what my sister wanted. It was a bit overwhelming, and the saleslady was so understanding when we went to go eat and came back later. She worked with my sister on chain size, offering that if for any reason its too short down the road we can work something out for free. My sister ended up finding exactly what she wanted and I couldnt be happier. Will definitley be coming back to treat more of my friends (and myself!) once COVID restrictions are lifted.

Terrible place bought a ring 1100 told them it wouldnt fit as I was buying for a gift they said dont worry bring back after Christmas we will re size it for you for free to fit then I go to go back they tell me no I have to pay now never again will I shop here garbage service atleast be upfront in first place I suggest no one go here scam artist
