        My husband bought me a beautiful necklace for xmas, the love chain and Ive worn it religiously since then, 2 weeks ago it snagged and broke and we brought it in! They gave us a free repair and were super nice, not only did he get a great deal on the jewelry piece but the service was consistent on day of purchase and when it broke!!
