Lovely family-run business. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable. I had lost a small diamond in my engagement ring and he had the most affordable solution. I expressed that I was in no rush to get the ring back. I got a call within a few hours that my ring was ready. It was a nice Mother's Day surprise! I brought in 2 watches, 1 needed new battery and other needed to be fixed internally. They took care of both my issues immediately a charged me much less than i expected. The customer service and knowledge was Amazing. I recommend them for any watch problems !!!
