        I went in to buy some earrings and took advantage of the Mothers Day offer of a free bracelet. The staff at this branch were super. They were very friendly and patient while I made my choice because there were so many nice things on display They also showed me other items that weren't on the particular tray that I was choosing from. I noticed another customer getting the same care. Definitely recommend this branch of Pandora at Lime Ridge.

        Today, I was at Pandora Limeridge and immediately felt overwhelmed with assistance that was not needed at that moment. I was not given the chance to look around the store. When I found what I was looking for, no employee to be found or was already assisting other customers. For this reason, I'm not happy.

        The staff is so unprofessional. We went to the store and five other people came after us. The manager starts getting their name so their staff could help us, but as I told her that we came first she still did not attend us. I mean you are the manager how you dont know who came in first while all you are doing is sitting in there and just watching people coming in and you still dont know who came first. How disoriented you could be . Poor service.
