I'm writing this review after 1.5 months of availing his services since I wanted to wait n watch how his work turns out to be. His work was below-par. Below are a few issues I faced with Brandon and his work. 1. DAMAGE: Brandon had showed me (and marked) on the very first day that there's a line for Bell that's going through my side yard. Still he managed to cut the wire from his machine, leaving us 2 days without internet, which was critical for us since my wife and I work from home. First day itself, he had also flagged all of our in-ground sprinkler heads, still he managed to damage 5 of those (as per sprinkler expert, the damage was done by sodding machine. As per sprinkler company that itself would cost us upwards of $800. 2. Attitude: Brandon's 'know-it-all' attitude is really annoying. He acted on his will and the final result of our front and back yards are NOT aligned to what we discussed before giving him the job. I tried to talk to him on multiple occasions and he used to simply walk away from the on-going conversation. 3. Backyard leveling: The yards were not leveled at all, to an extent that is it difficult to walk on those certain areas. My backyard, by no means is leveled even though it was pulled out entirely for sodding. Also, the damage (leveling) the equipments made, were also not corrected, leaving my sideyard worse that how it was before he started. 4. Sodding: Due to issues with leveling, in some areas, sod didn't even though the ground, and hence died. 5. Mulching: Layer is mulch is supposed to be thick, however, mulching he did was just for window dressing. He put only one millimeter of mulch just to show his job is done.The attached picture shows the poor quality of work. 6. Seeding: I'm not sure why he put bad quality seeds in my lawn, the front yard now looks like a bed of weeds, not of grass. Unfortunately, I wasn't available when he came to take the final payment, else I would've inspected the work first. Even after paying 1000s of dollars, the result isn't even close to what we were expecting. YOUR back/side/front yard, YOUR pride. It is YOUR money - spend wisely! *Edit* Brandon didn't complete the job that was initially scoped as well. This is a consistency across many reviews. Sprinkler guy visited many times. Anyway, his response is enough to reflect his attitude towards his work.

Couldnt walk in our yard when it rained. After they regraded and new sod and todays rain I can finally walk in our yard! Amazing work regrading it to improve runoff Thank u! Service: Landscape management
