Have a current loan with your organization a few days ago I get a call saying you didn't take the full amount you were approved for would you like to. I said sure sent them the documentation and than get a call back saying I was denied. What a horrible way to do business. Do you think this is going to inspire loyalty. I have had generally good experiences with your organization before. I am so very disappointed in your service.

I applied online and was told I was approved for high amount loan, I went in to hand in all the needed documents to finish the application, and then they told me my application was declined. They also kept saying the would call me back and never did. Wouldnt recommend fairstone to anyone

Updated A year later they gave us the run around for most of 2022,they consistently didn't have our notes in the file about anything we ever worked out and gave us the run around about getting a rewrite for over a month in dec then never bothered letting us know anything, when we finally did get it worked out made our payment in Jan and Feb 2023 they constantly changed whatever agreements we came up with and never had our notes and never made anything workable or even close to easy. I have loans in other places and this place has been THE WORST one I have ever dealt with, I let it go to collections and sadly the collections place is 100 times easier to make plans with then fairstone ever was. They are the biggest regret I have in my life. Previous Should be illegal for you to tell me to get another loan when I'm having a hard time making payments to a loan I already have. Absolutely disgusted in this business and the people who work at the Barton Street store in Hamilton.
