Comfort Inn Hamilton

Easy to find, friendly , efficient staff. We took 12 16-18 y/o (school trip) and we stayed here for a few hours before heading to the airport. At first glance the hotel has a "sketchy feel". However, staff was quick to greet us, get us registered; we arrived at 9pm with 12 youths that had just spent the day at Canada's Wonderland. They were over tired and boisterous. She got us registered and dispersed the keys quickly. Check out was equally as easy. Drop the keys at the desk when we left at 4:30am. The beds in this place are so wonderfully soft and the duvets so cozy. After the super hard beds at the Americana these beds and linens were heaven. The rooms were a little small after the spacious rooms at the Americana but they got the job done. While we were only here for about 7 hours I would stay here again.

No elevator. Not 100% accessible. Do not book of your require any accomodation. I booked and was given a room on the second floor. When I advised I could not do stairs, I was told they would not change my room without booking me an additional room. ***Response***Nice to know you charge more when a person has a disability and cannot access the second floor. Walkability: Not 100% accessable.

Nice and clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. We had an issue with our toilet, once we notified the staff they dealt with it right away. Breakfast was tasty, banana bread waffles were fantastic. Room was comfortable but small. Two beds (either double or queen I dont remember). No space for a cot (if anyone needs that info). Room had a door to outside which was handy. I was able to park right in front of my room. Tv was not great pretty fuzzy. Coffee culture was a nice short walk away and some stores across the road. My friend had an issue with her booking and they were able to still find her a room at the last minute. Food & drinks: Breakfast offered: waffles (plain and banana bread), scrambled eggs, potatoes, breakfast sausages (bacon appeared later on), toast, muffins, tea, coffee, orange and apple juice, oranges and apples, 3 cereal options.
