I highly recommend Sam Milliken! He is a great RMT that listens, is easy to connect with, and is great at what he does! He has been great at helping with aches and pains from desk work/office work, but also helped after Race days (running) to get rid of any soreness. Sam is amazing at what he does!

I highly recommend Sam Milliken. Ive been seeing him for a few years now and I can say his massages are just great. He is very professional, thorough, a great communicator and pays close attention to my requests/needs during each visit. After each appointment my body truly feels a lot more relaxed. Thank you Sam!

I've been with Sam as a massage client for a few years now. His recent move to Diana's super cool and historic space in the Paper Box Studios - just West of Gage Park - has been great for me since he's much closer to my home now! That said, I was happy to drive up the escarpment for his skill, kindness, and ability. I will keep seeing Sam as he provides me amazing massage treatments, for my far too often athletic injuries - (volleyball, water polo, and running) and on the rare occasion I'm not injured - for just a wonderful relaxing massage.

Sam Milliken massages are, hands down, the best Ive ever had. He is an experienced RMT. I have chronic lower back + hip pain and his holistic approach to treatments leaves me feeling relaxed and less tense. If I show up and my life is particularly full of stress and anxiety, he always manages to ground me through his practice. If youre thinking about booking him, do it! You wont regret it.
