Had my first ever massage today with Maureen. She was so kind and welcoming. Her space is so inviting and has such a warm aura to it. The relief my muscles feel after just one session with Maureen is amazing. Ive already booked my next appointment!

Fun, engaging and sweaty movement classes and the most informed massage. Maureen saved my back. Her body knowledge is unbeatable. Highly recommend!

I used to go to another place for RMT but they closed down. It was hard to find someone to replace the other massage therapist and I took a chance with Rowan and she is amazing! She is really good with getting those painful spots, she is also very easy to talk to and very professional. I haven't gone anywhere else since & don't plan to. Rowan is definitely an asset to Aloft & I fully recommend her.

I've been to see Maureen at Aloft several times now, for general relief and targeted therapy. Each time, her treatments make me feel so much better - muscles are looser, circulation is better, and stress is relieved. It's an awesome experience every time.
