Absolute joke. I would give it negative 5 stars if possible. I received a birthday gift back in May (2019) to this "spa" for my birthday. I set up an appointment through way spa (that's were the certificate was from) and In Touch With Wellness replied the day before my attempted appointment that they were booked. No offer for an alternative appointment. I waited a bit, sent them a message through the way spa website asking for a call (because they have no number, what the heck?) to arrange appointment. No response. Sent another message, again no response. I was in no rush, so these were a few months apart. I call Way Spa and ask if I have to use the certificate with that spa, and I'm advised yes because the name of the spa is on it. Fine, I decide to go down to the spa and set up an appointment. I decided to do this in January 2020. I went to their facility, and the door was locked and nobody responded to my knocks. Now I'm mad as heck. I spent my morning trying to find them, just for them not to answer? There is absolutely no way to communicate with this 'spa' and they should be removed from the Way Spa list. So I called Way spa and escalated the matter. This is either a scam company OR they are just that poorly managed. Either way, I do not recommend for wasting my time. Get a phone number, jesus, it would have solved all my issues. Also proof that I went down to the spa.
