I cannot say enough about about the level of amazing customer service and level of professionalism here at the Laser Spa Group. From the time you step in the door until the time you leave, you are always being taken care of. Their team is honest and knowledgeable and recommend what they feel is best for their clients. Truthful and caring! I love these ladies! Tina, Huong and Bell are the absolute best ladies you could ask for in assisting you with the health of your skin and your skin care routine! I look forward to every visit with them! Love you ladies and thanks for always putting up with me!

Amanda was very professional and kind, she explained in detail what the process of my Tattoo removal is going to be, Im definitely going to come back Amanda made me feel welcome and comfortable, Im definitely going to tell my family and friends about Lazer Spa Group, thanks again Amanda.

I wish I could give zero star to this people who lied to my mum and I. I went for a consultation with my mum and had a great experience with Amanda who showed us videos and pictures of how they removed skin tags to some people who had even bigger skin tags that I mum had. We paid everything and got booked for an appointment on Saturday. The day of the appointment I came with my mum , and one nurse asked for the receipt and I gave it to her. After 15 minutes waiting, she came up with another explanation by saying that the price they gave up the first time was not correct , with what I paid she can only remove 2 or 3 skin tags and I said no thats not what they told me when we came for the consultation and I blamed everything on them , when they saw that my mood changed , another nurse came up with another version by saying that they dont remove big skin that and it has to be done by the dermatologist while Amanda during the consultation showed us picture of people before and after skin tag removal. Why lying or making your customer confused ? I chose this place because of good reviews ,but sometimes the reviews lie or they just treat certain people differently. I would not recommended this place to anyone. They dont even realize that what they did is a damage, and a waste of time.
