Amazing team of people, extremely helpful with the process of buying a second property. They always took the time to talk whenever I had a question. Very responsive and their patience with my situation was over the top. They provided so many scenarios that would work best for me and fought for the best rates and payment plans. Thanks guys. We used Wes and his amazing team at Mortgage Teacher to buy our new home. Wes was so knowledgeable and friendly, he had answers for questions we didn't know we had! As someone who really has zero experience with purchasing a new home Wes made it a breeze. Taylor and Ryan were the two other people we were in contact with throughout the process. Every email, question, concern was answered promptly. Myself and my husband both work crazy hours and don't always know our schedules and it was never an issue. On top of our great experience, while speaking with my realtor he had mentioned to me that he had never worked with Mortgage Teacher prior to this and that Taylor who was his main contact had really impressed him with how well/promptly she shared information. He made a point of telling me how great of an experience he had with everything! Thank you Wes, Taylor and Ryan for helping us with our new mortgage and making it easy!
