What a very plain room with very low quality mattress. Not a single room decor and all the walls were plain. Not a single picture frame anywhere! The hard wood floor in my room was sticky! The bed sheets had dark stains as so did the comforter. Some of the towels also had stains that looked like dirty hards touched. They had a mini fridge in the room but not even a 50 cent bottle of water provided! The toilet had pee stains around it and the shower had mold on the tile grouting! Overpriced for a low quality room. Never again!

Simple fantastic. We went to a wedding close by and didnt want to spend $200+ on a 5* hotel so took our chances, but holy - we were pleasantly surprised. They did not charge us for early check-in & then upgraded us to a king room (we didnt ask, owners were just kind). After driving 7 hours to get there we desperately needed a shower and didnt expect a good one - but it was perfect. Pressure, temp, everything. I dont see us coming back to Hamilton, but if we do were not staying anywhere else.

This was a horrible experience. There are BED BUGS. I highly do not recommend this motel what so ever. The manager was super disrespectful when I asked for a refund as we left the motel immediately. No refund was given and they continued to deny that they had bed bugs. I would stay anywhere else if I were you. Your car is better than this place. No hotel has dark sheets and yet this one does. They are clearly hiding something. Absolutely disgusted in the service and the stay. Rooms: BED BUGSSSSS

Stopped in Hamilton for the night, clean,good price, and to my surprise They have someone here 24/7 Only thing missing is landline phone But not a big issue most people communicate via social media, text
