I just picked up a beautiful new acoustic guitar from The Acoustic Room in Hamilton and could not be any happier with the purchase and overall experience. They knew all the information and background specs for each instrument I looked at and allowed ample time to test everything out. Very reasonable prices and valuation from a small, local business with outstanding knowledge and customer service. An enthusiastic 5 stars!

The Acoustic Room is absolutely amazing. I very badly needed a tune up, string change, action looked at, and fretboard cleaned. I started getting really concerned because my action started dipping way lower than I wanted. I took it in Friday evening, Mark took a look at it and gave me assurance that hed fix it right up. They gave me priority and made my guitar brand new again. These guys are amazing at what they do and you can really tell the love they put not only in selling beautiful guitars but also bringing an old guitar back to life. Highly recommend.
