Reasonably priced and amazing work! Ive been getting my nails done here for 4 years now and I always feel so happy leaving the salon, amazing nails and friendly atmosphere. Thanks ladies!

For the second time in a month and a half I attempt to get a walk in fill with shellac without an appointment as I had a spare window of time and for the second time the salon was nearly empty and yet they looked annoyed to have to even ask what they could do for me! When I said what I was looking for she called for another nail tech who was in the back as she was with another client the only client in the salon, she came out and seemed to looked at the appointment book and told me she couldnt take me because she had a client in 25 minutes coming in?? I felt as though they just couldnt be bothered to squeeze me in even though it says walk ins welcome on the door and 25 minutes is enough time to get pretty far along in a fill, she told me I couldnt be accommodated till much later in the day. I said nothing and left visibly annoyed. I normally keep this salon as a last resort as this is the normal treatment, they do a slack rushed job even when they can take you and have every excuse to not take you when really its just laziness and lack of drive. This salon was amazing 10-12 years ago it has drastically gone down hill in my option. I should be able to walk into an empty salon and get a fill regardless of appointments and be greeted with at least some enthusiasm!! I wouldnt recommend them as they just dont care and only do as many clients as they need and want!!! Take the trip to new mountain plaza to envie theyre thrilled to take u and are super clean thorough and have all the modern techniques! Nail salons in this City are so slack especially this one! Super disappointing
