        This organization is doing a tremendous job during turbulent times to manage the impact on the public. BUT why has the criteria for Covid 19 testing NOT been changed in view of the mounting evidence that the virus can be spread by asymptomatic individuals? FORD says we need to ramp up the numbers being tested. We have the ability of 30K tests a day. We are still only testing 3K per day . WHY? What is the reason the criteria have not been broadened immediately ?
