Majority of PSWs are great! We had two incidents where the PSW treated my 88 year old mother with disrespect and frustration. We have a camera setup and caught them almost to the point ot elderly abuse. Called in and filed a complaint. A Police report and Litigation will follow. I know this is a hard job. But if they don't like the work, LEAVE!

This is the worst run home support company available. If a worker cancels even days ahead, you will not be notified until minutes before that you're on your own. If you call, they will dislodge you from the phone system and hang up. Spend your money elsewhere.

I am incredibly grateful for the level of service we received to care for my family member. This was a trying and turbulent time for me and the family - yet the stress of the situation was considerably lessoned by the caring, compassionate and highly skilled staff and personnel. Communication with Bayshore was excellent and the service and care from the PSWs was outstanding. THANK YOU !!!!
