I've had dry eyes my whole life I've never been able to see without struggling or being in pain to the point I'm always tired, that is until Dr D'Ortenzio sent me to an other eye dr who was then able to give me a completely new way of seeing and being comfortable at the same time. No more pain, no more discomfort, no more tearless eyes and I can finally see perfect again. Thanks so much to you and your team. Glenda Spadafora

Unfortunately this rating has EVERYTHING to do with the front desk staff and NOT the actual doctor. We were always very happy with Dr. DOrtenzio for our childrens eye exams. Unfortunately we recently had a series of unpleasant experiences with a few different ladies who work reception and no longer feel comfortable coming to the office. We spoke with 2-3 separate people over the phone and they were all rude, aggressive, unprofessional and not at all helpful. I would actually be anxious walking into the office after what I experienced over the phone. Well be bringing our family elsewhere, which is disappointing. Again, Dr. DOrtenzio is lovely.

Dr. Andrew Dortenzios eye exam was thorough and he taught me a lot about better eye care. The glasses came in quickly and the entire staff was very friendly during the entire process. Highly recommend getting your eye exam and glasses from here.

Disgusting service. I called to make an appointment for my dad who needs an eye exam for his rheumatologist due to meds he's on. This office has no idea what they are doing. Made my dad come 3 times just to book an ophthalmologist which we should of been told about once I handed over that form from the doctor. No idea what test they even did on my dad since it not the one he needs for a medication he's been on for 4 months now that could of done damage and we wouldn't know. When I asked to speak to the doctor I was told I need to book an appointment .. I'm not even a patient there.
