Top notch optometrist, SEEING her for years now. Diagnosed my cataracts and explained all of the next steps. Such a comfort to have her care for my vision.

Incredibly rude and judgemental optometrist. Pushy.. receptionists just trying to make as much money as quickly as possible. NOT LGBTQ+ friendly.

To start, I took my dad in on the wrong date to see Dr Hernandez. Totally my error. My dad is 91 with Parkinson's, dementia and uses a walker. The receptionist, Patty and the Dr very kindly tried to squeeze him in but were understandably unable to. He was able to get in on a cancelation in the same week. Dr Hernandez was so kind and patient with my dad. I was very impressed. He was not easy to accommodate but she pressed on and was successful. We kept them late actually but we didn't even know it at the time. Also, Charles, the owner was so gentle and kind finding a pair of glasses for my dad and even fixing the ones he was wearing. I couldn't have asked for a better experience for my dad. I have to give them 5 stars
