Dr. Aman Dhaliwal and Associates

I went for an eye exam today and was very impressed with the service, the equipments and by Dr. Dhaliwals knowledge and compassion. This was my first time but I see myself being a long term patient of Dr. Dhaliwals. They use the latest technology to test the eyes and do a very thorough job. I highly recommend Dr. Dhaliwal.

This was the first time I met Dr. Dhaliwal. He is very friendly and has a pleasant demeanor. Very good experience, he is very knowledgeable and professional & his office staff are polite and attentive! Would highly recommend !

I was seen by someone other than Dr. Dhaliwal, he did not introduce himself or explain what he was doing. He put eye drops in which burned and told me to wait in the waiting room for 15 minutes, during which time my near vision became completely blurry, could not read anything on my phone. When he called me back in I asked him if the eye drops are supposed to burn and make your vision blurry, he replied yes your near vision. I asked him how long until my vision returned and he said 3 HOURS! In addition to basic communication norms like introducing yourself and explaining what youre doing he definitely shouldve told me my vision was going to be blurry for 3 hours. Luckily my wife came with me otherwise I wouldnt have been able to drive home. What if I had to write an exam after the appointment or attend a wedding, really anything, should have been informed of what to expect before putting the drops in.
