I went into this store because my dog was really scratching after her groom. Barb helped me out so very much. She took the time to listen to my concerns and recommend a product that worked on my girl. She's so friendly and genuinely cares about your pet. This is now my go to pet store because of her. Shes amazing . If you need help with your pet I highly recommend this store and ask for barb/Barbara ( I sincerely hope I have her name correct)

I have never been followed and stalked so hard in a store, in my life! Went to buy my pets some fun treats and toys and had both ladies breathing down my neck the entire time! I finally just stopped shopping and left with the pile of stuff I had already picked out! If your going to stand behind every shopper, why not just check bags on the way out so people can shop in peace!!!!!! Jesus! Never stolen a day in my life and am being harassed like I'm some thief! I will never be back! I'll just go to PetSmart! Avoid this place if you like shopping in peace! Lol

Staff very knowledgeable for many years. So happy I could purchase Advantage for my cat. Vet clinic wouldnt sell them till vet did prescription. Out of town. Pulmacs came through
