Amazing service absolutely speechless 5/5

1 star for the generalized service, 5 for the services provided. Balanced at 3. However.. their out of town delivery is absolutely amazing and always on time (Purolator or Fed Ex) with fantastic preservation methods. First of all.. why would you have numerical options if I'm going to be questioned about why I'm making that call by whoever picks up the phone. If I say "I'd like to speak to a pharmacist" it means I'd like to speak to a pharmacist.. not a delivery coordinator. My reason for calling is my personal information. Unless you're the pharmacist, you don't need to know. If you're having problems with people calling the wrong department, that seems like an internal fox not an external one. I also dont need the attitude. (DECEMBER 20 12:45 TO 1:05, RECEPTIONIST FOR THE PHARMACY, PRESS OPTION 1 FROM THE MAIN MENU) Second, the amount of times I've had a delivery driver attempt a delivery while I wasn't home (I would work until 5 so I wouldn't be home to recieve my medication) with the full knowledge that my deliveries happen after 5.. is astounding. Thankfully I don't love near Hamilton anymore. Lastly, the handful of full time permanent employees that reside at Charlton are amazing. Like I said, my life wouldn't be worth living without Charlton and what the people there do. It's the heavy handfuls which are filled with unpleasant interactions that seems to weigh down the positive interactions.

Terrible service. I switched from remicade to renflexis, due to remicade no longer being covered by my insurance provider, and it was the worst decision I have ever made. I have had many issues with their service! The previous company I was with, BioAdvance, was a much more efficient company. Since joining Charlton I have had issues with trillium, payments processing, claim submissions, and scheduling with them is a nightmare! The reps I have spoken with are lovely and kind but they often let things drop and dont follow up (ie claim submissions). Its just terrible! I am actually going to speak with my doctor about switching companies again because I would rather pay out of pocket for my 5 figure a year medication, versus work with them. They need to do better!!

The department in Charlton health that does deliveries for medication , is one of the worst delivery services I've ever seen, they are never on time with their drop offs nor are they accurate. They tell me that a driver will be showing up and never does, I have spoke to a man named Luke and he was very rude towards me when I was trying to explain to him that the driver showed up, so at this moment I won't be having any business with them nor their owner Rob

Worst service ever. They have no respect for there workers and have terrible customer service. When I called to make a complain Luke was very rude and when I asked to speak to the manager Rob didnt care and was rude himself. Learn better customer service people
